By accessing or using the IvyLawPrep website, booking services, or purchasing any products or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

“IvyLawPrep,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to IvyLawPrep LLC.

1. Services Provided

IvyLawPrep provides:

  • Private LSAT tutoring

  • Law school admissions coaching

  • Personal statement review

  • Résumé review

  • Supplemental essay support

  • Comprehensive admissions packages

  • Elite full-cycle admissions coaching

  • In-person and/or virtual LSAT bootcamps and group programs

Exact offerings, descriptions, and pricing are published on our website and booking platform and may change at any time.

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be booked and paid for in advance through our authorized scheduling and payment platforms.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Apple Pay

  • Other methods supported by Stripe

No session, program, or review work begins without full payment.

3. Tutoring Hour Packs

Tutoring is sold in prepaid hour packs:

  • 5-Hour Pack: $2,050

  • 10-Hour Pack: $3,950

  • 20-Hour Pack: $7,450

Each hour equals one 60-minute tutoring session.

Expiration

All tutoring credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

4. Admissions & Essay Services

Current admissions and essay services include:

  • Personal Statement Review: $950

  • Résumé Review: $600

  • Supplemental Essays: $750 per essay

  • Comprehensive Admissions Package: $4,450

  • Elite Full-Cycle Admissions Coaching: $10,250

All admissions packages and essay services are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired services are forfeited.

5. Winter LSAT Intensive Bootcamp & Group Programs

Bootcamp programs are special in-person or virtual group offerings and are governed by separate policies:

  • Tuition: As listed at time of registration

  • Seat is not secured without full payment

  • Bootcamp tuition is non-refundable after January 2 for January programs

  • If IvyLawPrep cancels a bootcamp, students receive a full refund

Bootcamp students are responsible for attendance and preparation. No make-ups are guaranteed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For 1:1 tutoring and coaching sessions:

  • Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled more than 24 hours in advance without penalty

  • Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are forfeited

  • No-shows are forfeited

  • Emergency exceptions are rare and granted in IvyLawPrep’s sole discretion

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

  • Tutoring hour packs

  • Admissions packages

  • Essay services

  • Bootcamp tuition

Exceptions apply only if:

  • IvyLawPrep cancels a service and elects not to reschedule, or

  • A refund is legally required

Unused credits may not be redeemed for cash.

8. Academic Disclaimer

IvyLawPrep does not guarantee:

  • Specific LSAT scores

  • Law school acceptance outcomes

  • Scholarship dollars

  • Class rank or law school performance

Results depend on student effort, preparation, and many external factors beyond IvyLawPrep’s control.

9. Student Conduct

Students agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time and prepared

  • Treat instructors and staff with professionalism

  • Maintain academic integrity

IvyLawPrep reserves the right to terminate services for misconduct without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, lesson plans, frameworks, drills, diagnostics, videos, written feedback, and proprietary methods are the exclusive intellectual property of IvyLawPrep LLC.

Students may not:

  • Copy

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Share

  • Record sessions without written consent

11. Technology & Virtual Sessions

Students are responsible for:

  • Reliable internet access

  • A functional camera and microphone

  • Timely arrival via the agreed-upon platform

Technical issues on the student’s end do not guarantee session credit restoration.

12. Communications

By registering, students consent to receive:

  • Scheduling confirmations

  • Service reminders

  • Program updates

  • Educational communications

Students may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

IvyLawPrep LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to participation in our services.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the services in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IvyLawPrep LLC, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of our services.

15. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York courts.

16. Modifications

IvyLawPrep reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
